Cancellation Policy

Our policy around cancellations is as follows:

  • If you cancel your booking within 24 hours after confirmation, you will get a full restitution of your booking fee and deposit (if applicable). If you don’t get a response from us within the 24-hour period, don't worry: the date and time your email was sent will count as the moment of cancellation.
  • In case of cancellation before the 42nd day before your planned arrival, the cancellation fee will be 30% of the price of your planned stay.
  • In case of cancellation in the period between the 42nd and 28th day before your planned arrival, the cancellation fee will be 60% of the price of your planned stay.
  • In case of cancellation after the 28th day until the day before your planned arrival, the cancellation fee will be 90% of the price of your planned stay.
  • In case of cancellation on or after the day of your planned arrival, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the price of your planned stay.
Attention:
  • The price of your planned stay here means the price of the rent plus utilities (excluding the deposit).
  • Your booking will be final only after confirmation from the landlord and a 24-hour period.
  • The legal right of withdrawal excludes vacation rentals. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.
  • If you have travel insurance and your reason for cancellation falls within your insurance policy, you may be entitled to restitution. Please contact your insurance company.
  • In case of cancellation of a booking that was moved to a different day, the original planned day of arrival will count for determining the cancellation fee. If you cancel after your original day of arrival on a booking that was moved back, your cancellation fee will be 100%.
